About Sarah
I am a Dietitian who believes that food is meant to nourish not just your body, but your whole life. My approach blends science-backed nutrition with a deep respect for your relationship with food. I specialize in online, one-on-one counseling where I support clients in finding balance through a whole food lifestyle and intuitive eating. But beyond the credentials, I’m someone who genuinely loves good food, slow mornings, and deep conversations about what wellness really means. My own journey into nutrition started with a curiosity about how food impacts mood, energy, and self-worth, and that curiosity turned into a career centered on helping others find peace and joy in eating. I don’t believe in “one size fits all” plans or rigid rules. I believe in listening to your body, your story, and your goals. Whether you're navigating emotional eating, chronic conditions, or just looking to feel better in your skin, I’m here to support you with kindness, not judgment.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in whole foods and guided by the principles of intuitive eating. I believe that food should be both enjoyable and empowering, not a source of stress. Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, manage a health condition, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to support you with compassionate, evidence-based guidance. In our work together, we’ll move beyond restrictive diets and instead focus on building lifelong habits that honor your body’s unique needs. Let’s rediscover the joy of eating, one bite at a time.
Your first session with Sarah
Your first nutrition counseling session is all about getting to know you. Together, we will dive into your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and personal goals. This session is conversational and judgment-free—my goal is to understand the full picture of your relationship with food and what’s brought you here. From there, we’ll begin building a personalized, sustainable plan that aligns with your needs and values. I’ll offer practical guidance and gentle support, but most importantly, I’ll listen. You won’t walk away with a restrictive diet or a list of “bad” foods—you’ll leave with clarity, next steps, and a sense of partnership. Think of this session as the start of a collaboration. It’s a space for curiosity, reflection, and setting the foundation for real, lasting change.
