About Sarah
I have been a registered dietitian for 17 years and have worked in a variety of settings, including community and clinical. I have spent the majority of my career providing one-on-one nutrition counseling and very much enjoy building a relationship with my clients. When not working, I love to spend time playing games with my 2 kids, swimming in Lake Michigan (my happy place!) or catching a live show.
Approach to care
I utilize a person first, client centered approach to our work. I strive for our time together to feel like a true collaboration and work hard to ensure my clients feel seen and supported. We'll work together to set small goals that build over time to sustainable, health supporting change. We'll identify potential barriers and adjust the goals along the way. I am here to provide education, guidance and accountability in a judgement free zone.
Your first session with Sarah
Your first session will explore your health history, your lifestyle and your concerns. We'll identify how you learn best and how you like to be supported in making change. We'll look at big picture goals and start with the smaller steps to achieve those goals.
