About Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah. I hold an MS in Nutrition and am a Registered Dietitian (RDN, LD). With two years of experience, I’ve worked in clinical hospital settings and in community health, where I learned that real change happens one conversation at a time. Outside of work I love traveling, tending my garden, and spending time with my dog, and I bring that curiosity and warmth into my practice. I’m passionate about helping people build a relationship with food that feels grounded, doable, and humane.

Approach to care

Together we’ll approach nutrition with a science-forward, compassionate lens. I stay grounded in current evidence and tailor plans to your life, not the other way around. You’ll find me warm and nonjudgmental, ready to listen as we map small, sustainable steps. I practice with Health At Every Size (HAES) principles and a holistic view that considers sleep, stress, and mental well-being, not just calories. My goal is to educate you so you feel confident making choices that fit your life today and for the long haul.

Your first session with Sarah

Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation. We’ll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, do a deep dive into your relationship with food, and review lab work and biometrics. No need to have it all figured out yet; this is a judgment-free space where we set a realistic plan together. By the end, you’ll have 1 or 2 actionable steps and a clear sense of how we’ll partner to support your health goals in a sustainable, gradual way.
