About Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah Frances Phillips, and I’m a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals build a healthy, balanced relationship with food. I believe that nutrition isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, self-care, and finding what works best for your unique body and lifestyle.
Approach to care
With a background in infant and adult clinical nutrition, eating disorders, digestive health, endocrine disorders, I combine evidence-based practice with compassionate, individualized care. My goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make sustainable changes that support your overall well-being. Whether you’re managing a health condition, striving to improve your energy, or simply wanting to feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session, we’ll take time to review your health history, explore your lifestyle and eating habits, discuss your personal goals, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we’ll start building a realistic, personalized plan to support your long-term health and well-being!

I received my Bachelor of Science from Auburn Univeristy and Master of Science in Nutrition from Samford University.
