About Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah! I am a Registered Dietitian with over 6 years of clinical experience, including ongoing work in a major hospital system in New York. I specialize in areas such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, cancer nutrition, and nutrition support. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by a passion for helping individuals build healthier relationships with food. Whether managing chronic conditions or supporting general wellness, I focus on creating personalized, sustainable strategies that support long-term health and real-life balance.

Approach to care

Nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. I believe that care should be as individual as the person receiving it. My approach is balanced, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I meet each client where they are to recognize their unique goals, cultural background, and lived experiences. As a weight-neutral provider, I support clients in building habits that feel realistic and nourishing for long-term health, not just numbers on a scale. Whether we’re managing a medical condition or working toward overall wellness, I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to build habits that truly fit their lives.

Your first session with Sarah

In our first session, we'll take the time to have a genuine conversation. This is your space to share your story, in your own words. I’ll ask about your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and any goals or challenges you’ve experienced along the way. We’ll also talk about what’s worked (or hasn’t) in the past and identify what’s most important to you moving forward. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized plan, and you’ll leave with a few small, actionable steps tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident as we begin this journey.
