About Sarah
I'm a Registered Dietitian that loves food and can talk about it all day. I respect research and enjoy sharing nutrition evidence-based findings with every one I work with. I have experience working in obesity, weight loss management, weight loss pharmaceuticals, women's health, diabetes and Cardiovascular health. I have worked in a variety of settings; inpatient, outpatient, and Telehealth. I'm dedicated to providing personalized nutrition plans that promote long term well-being and health. I have a passion for supporting and motivating individuals to reach their full potential living a healthy lifestyle while having a healthy relationship with food.
Approach to care
I work on creating a personalized nutrition approach by working in a collaborative matter meeting you were you are while respecting your own beliefs and honoring your lifestyle. I sincerely care about each individual I work with and will use both motivational and behavior change techniques to help you set and achieve small attainable goals and turn them into health standards that will stick with you for your lifetime. I do prioritize my client's relationship with food because I believe it's the foundation that we will be building on. I believe that every one is worthy of good health and it's never too late. Be ready to be motivated to wake up every day ready to take care of your health.
