About Sarah
I’m a nutrition leader and food systems strategist with over a decade of experience building meal platforms and programs designed to address chronic disease, improve metabolic health, and make nutritious eating more accessible at scale. Throughout my career, I’ve developed evidence-based food programs that translate clinical nutrition principles into practical, real-world meals for thousands of people. What excites me most, however, is bringing that same expertise to individuals. I’ve spent my career focused on how food systems, product development, and consumer behavior intersect — and how to turn complex nutrition science into meals people actually enjoy and sustain. Through Nourish, I work one-on-one with clients to apply those same principles to everyday life: simplifying decisions, building sustainable habits, and creating a way of eating that supports both health and joy.
Approach to care
My philosophy is simple: nutrition should be practical, personalized, and rooted in real life. Food is not just fuel — it’s culture, connection, and daily rhythm. I believe the most effective nutrition plans honor both science and lifestyle. Instead of rigid rules or short-term fixes, I focus on building foundational systems that make healthy choices easier. This is not about perfection. It’s about progress, clarity, and confidence. Because of my background designing large-scale meal programs for chronic disease management, I approach each client’s plan with structure and strategy: Identifying root causes and patterns Designing balanced, sustainable meal frameworks Creating repeatable systems Prioritizing blood sugar balance, satiety, and nutrient density Whether we’re working on metabolic health, weight management, cardiovascular risk, digestive concerns, or general wellness, my goal is to help you build a way of eating that feels aligned, satisfying, and maintainable long term.
