About Sarah

Hello there! My name is Sarah, I go by Madi, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for blending the freedom of autonomy in your own body and evidence-based nutrition. I hold a bachelors of science in finance from Florida State University and a masters of science in nutrition and dietetics from University of North Florida. I have a diverse background including experience in nutrition consulting PHP/IOP and RTC eating disorder treatment centers for adolescents and adults, medical nutrition therapy in a skilled nursing facility, and nutrition education in a non-profit addiction rehabilitation clinic. With a grounded, client-centered approach, I enjoy collaborating with individuals to meet their needs in a sustainable and a safe environment. When I am not working with clients, you'll find me exploring hiking trails with my pup, piecing together a puzzle, or catching the latest thriller at the theaters.

Your first session with Sarah

A true top down approach of us getting to know each other and the root of your nutrition problem. I will work through 24 hr recalls, food behaviors, nutrition education, and more to determine the most optimal, individualized approach for you! Come with all questions and I will come with the answers!
