About Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah, a Denver-based Registered Dietitian with 12 years of experience across clinical, community health, and endocrinology settings. I earned an MS in Food and Nutrition from Colorado State University and a BS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and I practice with certifications CDCES and BC-ADM guiding diabetes care and advanced management. When I'm not in the office, you'll find me enjoying the Denver sunshine with my husband and our rambunctious toddler. I'm here to help you build a practical, sustainable path to better health that fits your life today.
Approach to care
People come first in my care. My approach is evidence-based and educational, grounded in current research and practical, real-world strategies. We'll work together, turning complex nutrition into steps you can actually use. By staying curious, compassionate, and focused on sustainable change, we build skills and confidence that last.
Your first session with Sarah
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and talk through lab work and biometrics in plain language. There's no pressure to have everything figured out yet; think of it as a collaborative conversation. Together we'll set one to two realistic short-term goals and carve out a practical plan you can start this week. Remember, we'll move at a pace that feels doable and supportive.
