About Sarah

Sarah is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist, with a focus in cardiometabolic health. She is also board-certified in advanced diabetes management through the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. Her career spans more than 10 years in community care and specialty endocrinology. ⭐️ Specialties include: Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, LADA or Type 1.5 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, PreDiabetes, Hyperglycemia, Hypoglycemia, Insulin Resistance, Insulin Pumps (Tandem, Omnipod, Medtronic, Beta Bionic iLet), Continuous Glucose Monitors - CGM (Dexcom, Libre), and Diabetes Prevention.
