About Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah! I've been practicing as a registered dietitian for over 5 years and am excited to start working with you! I'm passionate about helping people transform their relationships with food and their bodies while improving their overall health and wellbeing. While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, improving your health through dietary changes doesn't have to be so complicated, you might be surprised with how impactful some seemingly minor changes can be. I love helping people find ways to tweak their current lifestyles to manage health conditions and reach your long-term goals without feeling overwhelmed by change.

Approach to care

I appreciate a collaborative approach to care with my patients. It's my belief that you know your body and mind better than anyone else, and I strive to support realistic behavior changes that have lasting impacts. My sessions are based in empathy and compassion, I utilize a weight-neutral, health at any size mindset to ensure we address the root of your concerns. We'll work together to set goals and create a personalized plan that meets you where you are now and takes you to where you want to be.

Your first session with Sarah

It can be intimidating meeting with a new provider for the first time, but don't stress, you can expect a relaxed and comfortable conversation during our first session. We'll spend time reviewing your health history, discussing your daily routine, and any motivators for taking this step to meet with a dietitian. I want to know what inspired you to make this appointment and what you ultimately hope to get out of our sessions. It's important to me that you receive the highest quality, most competent care you deserve. These sessions are for you to better your health, and I plan to support you on your journey in a collaborative way.
