About Sarah

Sarah is a Minnesota-based Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She believes there is 'no one-size-fits-all' when it comes to nutrition. She is passionate about empowering others to learn more about nutrition, build a healthy relationship with food, and enjoy eating while feeling their best. She has experience working with individuals of all different backgrounds and has provided medical nutrition therapy for cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, general holistic wellness, and weight management.

Sarah partners with you throughout your sessions to align your goals and needs at every point of your journey. She recognizes your health as a whole is important and offers guidance and support with you in mind. Your sessions are a safe space to share, learn, and collaborate. The first session will be an opportunity to get to know more about you. She'll review your health history and nutrition goals. She'll ask you about challenges and obstacles, current and perceived, and explore how together you can unlock your utmost potential.
