About Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm a Registered Dietitian based out of Kentucky. I obtained both my Bachelor's degree and completed my dietetic internship program at Western Kentucky University. With over 6 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through practical, evidence-based nutrition.
Approach to care
I believe in an approach to nutrition that values progress, flexibility, and self-compassion. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationship with food and build confidence in your everyday choices. Through practical strategies and personalized support, I aim to guide you toward meaningful, lasting changes that truly work for your life.
Your first session with Sarah
Let's get to know each other! During our first session, we'll touch on your current lifestyle, dietary habits, preferences, and any challenges you may be facing with your nutrition and/or overall health. Our sessions are a safe space to discuss any thoughts, feelings, or hesitations you may have related to nutrition. I'm here to listen, support, and provide guidance as we develop a personalized plan to help you achieve your health goals.
