Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience, and I earned a Bachelor of Dietetics, Food and Nutrition and am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and community health, which helps me see nutrition as part of everyday life. Outside of work, I love cooking with my family, exploring local farms, hiking with our black lab, and staying active outdoors. I’m grateful to guide people toward healthier relationships with food.

Your first session with Sarah
Our first appointment is about you. We'll review medical history and routines, explore your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals that feel doable. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll talk through what’s been working, what’s been challenging, and what changes you want to try. By the end, we’ll pick 1 or 2 realistic steps to start with and schedule follow-up to stay supported.
