About Sarah
I believe nutrition is a whole-person approach to disease and prevention. I have my masters in nutrition and wellness and have been coaching and working in community nutrition since 2013. I've lived overseas and helped in clinics and remote nutrition centers for mothers and babies. I've also worked with individuals who have busy work and life schedules or expectant mothers or students balancing their heavy load. I am passionate about helping anyone find healing in a way that fits their needs and circumstances best- and those solutions are as unique as there are people.
Approach to care
We are a team. I want to serve you best by hearing and listening to YOU. You are the expert of your body, and I can help come alongside you with information, science, and questions that can motivate, encourage, and help inform your decisions and approaches.
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session, I want to get to know you- your health history as well as your relationship and habits with food. This will give us a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be. Depending on your needs we will pull in relevant nutrition information to help you in your situation. Then, from there, you will set goals that are tangible and measurable that will help you get closer to where you want to be.
