About Sarah
I am passionate about helping you achieve your health goals through a realistic and sustainable approach to nutrition. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive; it’s about finding balance and making choices that fit your lifestyle. As a culinary school graduate, I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned to help make healthy, nourishing food taste great (and prepared quickly!). Knowing how to create foods is just as important as the information itself. I aim to use all available tools to help you discover nourishing foods and activities that align with your lifestyle and health goals.
Approach to care
I believe in a collaborative approach rooted in empathy, compassion, and personalization. Whether you want to learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals or tackle everyday challenges, I'm here to cheer you on and lend a helping hand. We’ll focus on what matters most and build habits to help you become your healthiest self.
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session, we will gather background information and discuss your health history, personal and social history, and health goals. We will also complete a general nutrition assessment to establish a baseline for tracking your progress throughout our time together. This session is about you, so please feel free to share as much information as you feel comfortable!
