About Sarah
Sarah has been a Registered Dietitian since 2022. Her experience involves inpatient clinical nutrition in addition to nutrition counseling focusing in weight loss, diabetes management, and overall wellness. Prior to pursuing her passion in the field of nutrition, she spent 10 years working in corporate human resources. Her diverse background arms her with the ability to help patients reach their health goals in a realistic and sustainable way.
Approach to care
Sarah utilizes evidence-based nutrition practices in addition to professional experience in the field. While she specializes in helping with weight loss, she uses a weight-neutral, health first approach to help her patients reach their goals in a way that fits their unique lifestyles and prioritizes their overall physical and mental health above a number on the scale.
Your first session with Sarah
The first session is focused on getting to know you and learning more about your personal health goals. Sarah will ask questions about your personal and family medical history, diet history, nutrition and meal preferences, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and other important factors contributing to your overall health. She'll also discuss your long-term goals and help you break them down into small habits that you can work on each week.
