About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah — a Registered Dietitian with a background in both clinical nutrition and behavior-based counseling. Before becoming a dietitian, I spent 10 years in corporate HR, so I understand what it’s like to juggle a busy life while trying to prioritize your health. My approach is rooted in realism, compassion, and sustainable change. Whether you're working on weight concerns, blood sugar management, or just want to feel better in your body, I’m here to help you find strategies that actually fit your life.
Approach to care
I don’t believe in handing out lists of “good” and “bad” foods. Instead, I view food on a continuum of nutrient density and help you build the skills to make balanced, nourishing choices that work for you. I use a weight-neutral, evidence-based approach that prioritizes your physical and mental well-being. Together, we’ll focus on habit change, self-awareness, and progress over perfection — not restriction, guilt, or chasing a number on the scale.
Your first session with Sarah
Our first session is a chance for me to really get to know you — your goals, challenges, preferences, lifestyle, and health history. We’ll talk about what’s been getting in your way, what’s important to you, and start to break your goals into doable steps that we can build on over time.
