About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah. I grew up in a family impacted by chronic disease and believed for a long time that genetics predicted health and medications were the primary solution. As I moved through college, career, and motherhood, I began to understand that health is far more interconnected—and that our daily choices, environment, and beliefs play a meaningful role in how we feel over time. I started my career in pharmaceuticals because I wanted to help people, and I gained valuable insight into medical care. Over time, I felt drawn toward prevention and empowerment, supporting people before health becomes a crisis. I’ve been a registered dietitian for over a decade, and as a wife and mom of three, I understand how challenging it can be to balance health knowledge with real life. What I’ve learned through experience and working with patients is that nourishment, enjoyment of food, and sustainable habits matter.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in seeing the big picture of your health. I begin by getting a comprehensive understanding of your unique story—your lifestyle, symptoms, and goals—so we can identify what matters most. I use principles of functional and integrative medicine, including lab testing when necessary, to uncover root causes of symptoms and recognize how nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones, and environment interact. Food is always the foundation, but I also understand that sometimes gaps need to be filled with supplements or additional support. All recommendations are personalized, practical, and designed to fit your real life. What brings me the most fulfillment is seeing clients not only reach their goals, but gain confidence, steadier energy, and a deeper sense of wellbeing. When people feel informed, supported, and empowered, sustainable change becomes possible.
Your first session with Sarah
Your first session is a collaborative conversation focused on understanding your health story and what matters most to you right now. This is not about rigid plans or fixing everything at once. Instead, we work together to create clarity, direction, and momentum. You are the expert in your own body and life. My role is to provide guidance, insight, and tools so you can make informed decisions that align with your goals and lifestyle. Education is woven into our work to help you understand the “why” behind recommendations and build confidence. Our work together is flexible and supportive, adapting as your life changes. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, grounded, and empowered—knowing you have a partner in your health and a path forward that feels realistic and sustainable.
