About Sarah
What makes my approach unique is that I’m both a Registered Dietitian and a Registered Nurse. I’ve spent over six years as a dietitian working in ICU, behavioral health, and long-term care, giving me a comprehensive understanding of nutrition therapy and its impact on health. More recently, my role as an RN in a busy Level 1 trauma ER has broadened my experience, providing a diverse and well-rounded perspective. Nutrition and wellness mean a lot to me personally because I’ve been through the ups and downs myself. I’ve struggled with emotional eating, battled with weight gain and high blood pressure, and felt that frustration of constantly starting over. I once lost 40 pounds naturally—but keeping it off hasn’t always been easy. Those experiences gave me a real understanding of how complicated and personal our relationship with food and health can be.
Approach to care
I believe true health is rooted in the basics: nourishing food, restful sleep, emotional balance, self-reflection, movement, and gratitude. Mental health, in particular, is the foundation of lasting wellness, and it’s often overlooked. My mission is to give you the insight and support you need to make sustainable, meaningful changes to your health and well-being.
Your first session with Sarah
Your first session is all about you—your story, your struggles, your goals, and everything that makes you, you. This is a safe space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. I know that a health journey isn't just about numbers or lab results—it's about real people navigating complex lives. I want to understand not just what’s going on in your body, but how it feels to live in your body every day.
