About Sarah

I’m a Registered Dietitian with 6 years of experience and also a licensed Registered Nurse, bringing a uniquely layered, science-based perspective to holistic health and sustainable weight loss. But this journey isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal. I’ve lost 40 pounds naturally but I’ve also regained some, lost it again, and navigated the emotional rollercoaster of emotional eating, the “I’ll start Monday” mindset, and the constant battle of balancing wellness with real life. That lived experience gave me more than just insight — it gave me raw, honest empathy. I know what it’s like to want change and not know where to start. That’s why I help busy people take a realistic, balanced approach to nutrition, weight management, and healthy habits that actually last.

Approach to care

Health isn’t a one-size-fits-all formula — it’s a blend of nutrient-dense, whole foods, restorative sleep, joyful movement, and mindful moments that truly reset your nervous system. I don’t believe in judgment or shame. I won’t hand you a generic plan or assume a PDF will fix everything. Instead, I believe in a personalized approach to wellness that meets you where you are.

Your first session with Sarah

I want to truly understand what it feels like to live in your body and your mind — the challenges, the habits, the stress, and the wins — so we can work together to help you reach your goals with confidence and clarity. Join me for nutrition counseling and health coaching that feels like a conversation with a supportive friend — not a lecture from the food police. No judgment. Just realistic, compassionate guidance.
