About Sarah
Hi! I’m a registered dietitian who’s passionate about connecting with others through food. I believe food should bring joy, not stress, and I love helping people rediscover that joy. I’m here to help you find a balanced, sustainable approach that works for your life. I center my work in kindness, curiosity, and inclusivity, and I’m proud to provide a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and marginalized individuals. I’ve spent the last two years working in community health, planning and implementing nutritious meal programs and educating families on healthy eating habits and increasing families' access to healthy foods. I’m excited to now work with clients one-on-one, where I can offer personalized support and build meaningful, collaborative relationships. Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring the mountains; hiking, camping, or just enjoying the fresh air and quiet moments in nature.
Approach to care
I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to nutrition counseling. As a neurodivergent dietitian, I understand that everyone's brain works differently, and I’m committed to creating a supportive space that honors neurodivergent needs, communication styles, and sensory experiences. We’ll work together to understand your goals, challenges, and daily routines, then create a plan that fits your life. I view nutrition as deeply personal, and I tailor each session to your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you’re neurodivergent, come from a culturally diverse background, or are navigating your own unique relationship with food, you are welcome here.
Your first session with Sarah
Our first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll explore your goals, daily routines, and what’s been challenging or confusing about food, while creating a space where you can feel safe and supported. By the end, you’ll leave with a few gentle steps to get started and a clear idea of how we’ll move forward together.
