Hello! I'm Sarah, and I've been a Registered Dietitian (RD) for 5 years. During that time, I've worked in dialysis clinics and inpatient hospital care, and a couple of years ago, I stepped into a supervisory role at my full-time job. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize a healthy, balanced diet while juggling a busy schedule and a budget. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people find realistic, sustainable ways to nourish themselves—without guilt or overwhelm.
