About Sarah

I work with women and moms who are tired of overthinking food and just want things to feel simpler again. If you are pregnant, postpartum, managing diabetes or PCOS, working on blood sugar control, or trying to lose weight in a realistic and sustainable way, you are in the right place. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by all the nutrition advice out there and unsure what actually matters for their body and their life. My goal is to cut through the noise, simplify nutrition, and help you feel confident in your choices again. You do not need to eat perfectly or follow complicated rules to make meaningful progress. I especially love supporting moms at all stages, including gestational diabetes, postpartum blood sugar concerns, hormonal changes, and weight goals.

Approach to care

My approach is very coach-based, supportive, and practical. I focus on education, mindset, and building habits that feel doable in real life. I believe food should feel peaceful and flexible while still helping you reach your goals. We work on creating sustainable routines, improving your relationship with food, and understanding how to support your body without guilt or perfection. I am big on grace and progress, not all-or-nothing thinking. I see our work as a team effort. I am here to guide, educate, and support you, while helping you learn how to make confident decisions on your own. My role is not to control your choices, but to help you feel empowered and capable in everyday life.

Your first session with Sarah

In your first session, we will take time to talk through your goals, your current routine, and what feels hardest right now. This is a calm, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what is and is not working. We will identify your biggest challenges and start creating a clear, simple plan that fits your lifestyle. You will leave the session with practical next steps, a better understanding of how food affects your body, and a sense of relief that you do not have to figure this out alone. If setbacks come up later, we address them together. We look at what got in the way, adjust the plan, and move forward without shame. Progress is built through consistency, not perfection.

Hobbies

Outside of work, life is full and a little chaotic. I have three kids, including twin preschoolers and a one year old, so free time is rare and usually hard-earned. When we can actually get away, I love traveling to places with mountains, rivers, and beautiful outdoor scenery. I will choose mountains over beaches every time. I also enjoy spending time with my forever date, my husband, when we manage to sneak that in. That sometimes looks like him playing tennis while I try to keep up, or us getting our hands messy with pottery and calling it a date.
