About Sarah Rose
Hey there! I am a Registered Dietitian with experience working in clinicial, private practice and pediatric early intervention settings. With a strong background in clinical nutrition, I am able to offer tailored nutritional plans to support my client’s individual health conditions. I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals while still fostering a healthy relationship with all foods. Food means more to people than just calories and nutrients so I am here to help explore all aspects of nutrition.
Approach to care
My goal is to guide my clients towards making lasting and meaningful lifestyle changes. In order to do so, I provide evidenced based, patient centered care so clients feel empowered and understood. I am able to meet my clients wherever they are at on their nutrition journey without judgment or criticism.
Your first session with Sarah Rose
During our first session, we will talk about your past, present and future selves. I like to discuss prior nutrition experiences, current nutrition practices, and hopes for the future. We will also review basic information such as medical history and food preferences but also start to dive deeper regarding overall relationship with food and body. Although the beginning may be more question heavy, I like to have a good understand of you as a whole person before giving any sort of lifestyle recommendations.
