About Sarah
My path to nutrition grew from my personal struggle managing my weight as a young adult. I understand how hard it can be to find lasting success and to balance health goals with a busy life. For 16 years, I've worked at the grassroots level to build healthier communities and healthier individuals as a registered dietitian. I practice my own principles, which have helped me embrace my health journey through three pregnancies and the challenges postpartum. I care deeply about making you feel heard and understood, and I take time to unpack the root causes of struggles so we can find realistic, lasting changes. Outside of work you’ll usually find me wrangling my three lovable but wild children, and when I get the time, I love taking in the beauty of nature by hiking, kayaking, or just watching the comings and goings of turtles at the lake.

My focus is on the whole person. You are more than just your body, and you are valuable. I believe strongly that healing our relationship with food and our own bodies opens the door to sustainable change. I blend current evidence with a holistic approach to create practical, doable steps we can try together. I specialize in Mindful Eating, but attune our goals to what works for you. Health is bigger than one number, so I work from a weight neutral lens that honors mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. You'll get clear, action oriented strategies rooted in science, delivered with warmth and without judgment. I also focus on education and skills so you gain knowledge and confidence to make sustainable changes that fit your life, not quick fixes that fade.
Your first session with Sarah
Expect a thoughtful, low pressure conversation where we'll explore your relationship with food and review relevant medical history. We'll talk about what has worked for you and what feels hard, then set short term goals that feel realistic and meaningful. You don't need everything figured out before we meet. Together we'll find a comfortable starting place and leave with clear, manageable next steps so progress feels steady and sustainable.
