About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident in how they nourish their bodies and build a sustainable relationship with food. Many of my clients come to me feeling confused by conflicting nutrition advice or frustrated by years of trying different diets without lasting success. My goal is to help you find a balanced approach to eating that supports your health, energy, and lifestyle; without unnecessary restriction. I specialize in weight management, metabolic and digestive health, post-bariatric care, and mindful eating. Over the years, I’ve guided clients toward improved energy, balanced blood sugar, and lasting nutrition habits through education, structure, and self-compassion.
Approach to care
My approach is realistic, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. We’ll work together to understand your routines, preferences, and goals so we can create a plan that fits into your life; not the other way around. I emphasize balance over perfection and focus on small, sustainable changes that add up over time. You can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space where we focus on progress, not perfection. I believe that true health extends beyond food; it includes mindset, lifestyle, and the confidence to maintain habits that work for you long term.
Your first session with Sarah
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your health history, current routines, goals, and any challenges you’ve been facing. This helps me understand where you are starting from and what support will be most helpful. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps, practical tools, and a sense of direction and encouragement. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable and aligns with your goals, and as we continue working together, we’ll adjust as needed to keep you moving forward with confidence.
