I believe that all foods can fit into a balanced lifestyle and that true wellness comes from moderation not only in food, but other areas of health as well.

Your first session with Sarah

During our first session my goal is to get to know you- not just your food choices, but your lifestyle, goals, and relationship with eating. We'll start with a relaxed conversation about your health history, daily routines, preferences, and any nutrition challenges. There is no judgment here- just curiosity, support, and understanding. We'll talk about what brought you to nutrition counseling and what you hope to achieve. Whether your goals are related to energy, digestion ,relationship with food, performance, or overall wellness, we'll work together to define what success looks like for you. I'll also take time to answer any questions you have so you leave feeling informed and confident about our plan moving forward. By the end of the session, you'll walk away with clear next steps that feel realistic and doable. This is the start of a partnership, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
