Approach to care
Sarah has experience working with a diverse group of clients and cases and works individually with each person to focus on their needs. Sarah specializes in nutrition therapy, gut health, food elimination, and aims to give a personal approach to each client’s journey. Although those areas are some of her favorite, that does not limit what the client and provider will accomplish! By incorporating a functional and integrative approach to nutrition. Sarah’s clients are surrounded by compassion, empathy, and real-life scenarios. She encourages her clients to find joy in whatever they do, and partners with them to achieve their long-term forever goals.
Your first session with Sarah
The Be Inspired initial session includes: an Initial review of completed documentation by provider prior to session. This includes, assessment forms (Pre and Post Session) , food frequency, submitted lab work, client assessment and review of goals, initial plans and nutrition parameters. The session will then review submitted work with the client. We will work towards reviewing the initial goals, make new goals as needed, and start working towards them! The goal of this session is the client to feel inspired, and joyful, ready to make forever changes!
