About Sarah

I began my career in the health and wellness space as a personal trainer, where I quickly realized that many of my clients struggled not just with exercise but with properly fueling their bodies to reach their goals. This realization led me to pursue a career in dietetics so I could provide the evidence-based nutrition support they needed. Since becoming a registered dietitian, I have worked with women looking to improve their relationship with food, achieve sustainable weight loss, and break free from restrictive dieting.

Approach to care

I take a personalized, supportive approach to nutrition that focuses on what can be added to a client’s diet rather than what should be taken away. My goal is to help clients move away from restrictive mindsets and instead build a sustainable, enjoyable way of eating that supports both their health and lifestyle. I emphasize practical, evidence-based strategies that fit seamlessly into daily life—whether that means navigating social gatherings without stress or improving energy levels. Every client’s journey is unique, and I work to create a plan that aligns with their individual needs, preferences, and goals.

Your first session with Sarah

In our first session, I take the time to truly understand you—your lifestyle, goals, challenges, and relationship with food. We’ll discuss your health history, eating habits, and any concerns or struggles you may have with nutrition. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we’ll identify realistic, sustainable changes that align with your values and daily routine. This is just the beginning of a collaborative journey toward feeling your best!
