Approach to care

I have a holistic approach to care, whereby focusing on your unique individual needs to create sustainable nutrition changes that fit your lifestyle and preferences. I will educate you on the "why" behind my science-based recommendations and will empower you to drive the change in your life that you desire to make. I aim to be accessible to answer any questions you may have and help guide you in healthy choices to meet your goals with confidence.

Your first session with Sarah

The first session is all about YOU. We will cover your health history, lifestyle and any family needs, and your personal goals. We will discuss any challenges or concerns that you have with food and nutrition and begin to address those head on. I will outline a nutrition roadmap to help lead you to success over time, so you can feel confident that we are supporting your goals. I want you to leave the first session feeling like you are not alone in your journey and have the support you need to become the healthiest version of you.
