About Sarah
Sarah has more than a decade of experience as a dietitian. While she has worked in many settings and with many conditions, she is especially passionate about plant-based nutrition and preventative health. She focuses on food-first methods to help manage diabetes, heart disease, gut health, weight, and more. Sarah believes food should bring you joy while also nourishing your body. Her goal is to serve as your guide in making positive mindset shifts regarding your nutrition and eating practices, as well as providing education and practical and actionable tips to transform your lifestyle. All without judgment and without pressure.

Sarah combines evidence-based nutrition science with a warm and personable approach to counseling. Her goal is to meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be in a realistic and sustainable manner. She wants you to feel confident & at peace with your food choices.
