About Sarah
I'm Sarah Williams, a registered dietitian with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition. I take an anti-diet, evidence-based approach to nutrition, helping people make health-positive decisions that support their unique lifestyle β without restriction or guilt. I believe health looks different for everyone, and my goal is to empower people to nourish their bodies in ways that feel sustainable and enjoyable. As a mom to a daughter and a military spouse, I understand how busy life can be, and I'm passionate about helping others find realistic, personalized solutions to support their health β no matter what season of life they're in. Whether you're working on building balanced habits or untangling years of diet culture messaging, I'm here to provide science-backed guidance with plenty of compassion along the way.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition should support your life β not control it. My approach is rooted in anti-diet, evidence-based care, helping clients focus on what they can add to their plate rather than what they need to take away. I work alongside clients to create personalized, sustainable habits that align with their goals β whether that's improving energy, managing a health condition, or simply feeling better in their body. I understand that health looks different for everyone, and my goal is to provide compassionate guidance that empowers each person to nourish themselves without shame or restriction.
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know you β your health history, lifestyle, and what brought you to nutrition counseling. I'll ask about your current habits, challenges, and goals, but there's no judgment or pressure β just a supportive space to share your story. Together, we'll explore what health means to you and start identifying small, sustainable steps to help you feel your best. My approach is always evidence-based, anti-diet, and personalized, so you can expect guidance that supports your well-being without focusing on restriction or quick fixes.
