About Sarah
Hi, Iām Sarah, a registered dietitian whoās passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food that actually fits their life. Whether youāre looking to manage diabetes, feel more confident in your eating habits, train for a race, or figure out how to eat well while using a GLP-1 medication, Iāll meet you where you are and help you find a realistic path forward. I work with clients of all backgrounds and health goals, including those focused on weight management, heart health, emotional eating, or plant-based nutrition. My goal is to make nutrition feel approachableānot overwhelmingāso you can make meaningful progress without giving up the foods and routines you love.
Approach to care
My approach is practical and flexible. I donāt believe in one-size-fits-all plans or cutting out all your favorite foods. Instead, weāll work together to create small, doable changes that lead to real results and help you feel your best. My sessions are relaxed and judgment-free. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and asking questions, whether youāre brand new to nutrition counseling or looking for a fresh perspective. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, and Iām proud to provide an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly space where everyone can feel supported.
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session, weāll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to nutrition counseling. Iāll ask questions about your goals, daily routine, eating habits, and any health concerns so I can get a full picture of your needs. Together, weāll start identifying realistic, meaningful changes that fit your lifestyle. Youāll leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and a plan weāll continue to build on in future visits. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident that this is a space where you can be yourself and make progress at your own pace.
