About Savanna
Hi, I’m Savanna, a registered dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and public health policy. I combine science and behavior to help clients make realistic, sustainable changes that fit their everyday lives. Over the past two years, I’ve worked as a clinical dietitian in hospital settings, supporting patients with a wide range of nutrition and medical needs. That experience taught me how to translate complex nutrition science into practical strategies that actually work. I work with clients on balanced meals, weight management, heart health, and building sustainable nutrition habits to reach long-term goals. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking, trying new restaurants, going on nature walks, playing tennis or golf, or spending time with friends and family.

My goal is to help you make nutrition and wellness choices that fit your everyday life. I combine research-backed strategies with practical guidance in an open, supportive space, focusing on sustainable habits instead of quick fixes. Together, we’ll set clear, actionable steps across nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress, helping you build behaviors that lead to long-term success.
Your first session with Savanna
In your first session, we’ll have a collaborative conversation to review your medical history, lab work, and any biometrics you have, while focusing on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify one or two short-term goals you feel good about and create clear, actionable steps to try between visits. You don’t need perfect records or all the answers—just honesty about what’s working and what’s challenging, and we’ll figure out the rest together.
