About Savannah
Hi, I’m Savannah, a Registered Dietitian born and raised in the Southern United States. I grew up in a health conscious home where food was valued as fuel, influenced by my mother, a long distance runner. Living in the South, I also witnessed firsthand how critical nutrition is in managing health and chronic conditions like heart and kidney disease. The duality of these environments inspired me to focus on helping others use food as a powerful tool for prevention and care. I have worked with individuals across a wide range of health concerns, incomes, and life circumstances, and I am deeply committed to health equity and meeting people where they are. No matter where you are starting, I am here to support you in making meaningful, sustainable changes toward better health and a more vibrant life.
