About Savannah

Hi, I'm Savannah. I am a Dallas based Registered Dietitian who is passionate about promoting general health and wellbeing, and promoting sustainable habits. I have worked in both clinical and one on one settings that have focused on creating approaches that work for my clients and help build up their confidence with their diet and habits.

Approach to care

I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach; everyone has their own unique path to reaching their goals. My focus is on working with my patients to identify the best path for them and help them develop sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. I’m a strong believer in balance—there’s space for everything. You don’t have to give up the foods you love, and I don’t subscribe to the idea of ā€œgoodā€ or ā€œbadā€ foods. I do believe in taking a realistic approach in nutrition counseling: taking into account your current eating habits, lifestyle, and exercise habits, and of course the foods you love! We’ll work together to create the optimal diet for you and your goals and develop a positive relationship with food.

Your first session with Savannah

In our first session, we’ll have the chance to get to know each other and identify your goals. We’ll go through a comprehensive nutrition assessment, considering both health and lifestyle factors, to understand where you currently stand in reaching your health goals. From there, we’ll set both short- and long-term goals and create a step-by-step plan to achieve them. Many clients discover they already have a plan in mind; they just need guidance on how to make it a reality. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel motivated and ready to make small changes that lead to significant results!
