About Savannah
Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I’m a Registered Dietitian who specializes in the connection between food, mood, and overall well-being. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident in their health journey by creating realistic and sustainable nutrition practices that support both the body and mind. I believe that nutrition and exercise can be powerful tools for improving mental health—helping to regulate our moods, boost our energy, and build resilience to stress. I’m here to support and encourage you every step of the way!
Approach to care
I believe that food and movement are powerful tools in supporting mental health, disease prevention, and overarching wellbeing. My approach to care is focused on developing long-term solutions that fit seamlessly into your life. I really care about those I work with and want to empower people to develop a balanced, joyful relationship with nourishing their bodies. Together, we’ll create strategies tailored to your unique goals.
Your first session with Savannah
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out! Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, where we can explore what matters to you and how I can best support your health and wellbeing. We’ll talk about your typical eating patterns, routines, and your comfort level with nutrition. We’ll also discuss lifestyle factors like stress, movement, and sleep, as well as any medical history or lab work that may be relevant. Most importantly, we’ll talk about your goals—what you hope to achieve and how we can work together to create a plan that feels realistic.
