About Savannah

Hi, I'm Savannah! I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and my MS in Agriculture and Life Sciences, with a focus on Applied Nutrition and Physical Activity, from Virginia Tech. I’ve worked in private practice, where I learned to listen closely and tailor plans to real life. Outside of work I love cycling, running, cooking, and hiking, and I bring that same energy to my patient care, friendly, practical, and grounded in science. I'm grateful to support people as they rediscover confidence with food and health.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is grounded in partnership, curiosity, and lasting change. I rely on evidence-based science to guide our decisions while staying empathetic and warm, creating a judgment-free space where you feel seen. Together we'll set clear, doable steps that fit your life and your values, because sustainable progress comes from daily choices you actually can keep. I favor a holistic view that considers sleep, stress, movement, and your relationship with food. I approach health as weight-neutral and focus on behaviors, education, and empowerment for long-term well being.

Your first session with Savannah

Our first appointment is a warm, low-pressure conversation about you. Think of it as a collaborative start, not a test. We’ll do a deep dive into your relationship with food, review your medical history, and establish short-term goals together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet; we’ll map out what matters most and lay a gentle plan you can begin today. We’ll move at a pace that feels doable and celebrate the small victories along the way.
