About Savannah
Nutrition stopped feeling like a mystery once I started focusing on science and simple habits. I have an MS in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University and have spent the past year working as a registered, licensed dietitian in a hospital setting. My approach centers on practical steps that fit into real life. I use my empathetic nature to understand people's eating behavior, then help simplify choices so change seems manageable. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, cooking, or relaxing with a video game.
Approach to care
Food is both biology and lived experience, so my approach blends evidence-based guidance with warmth and realism. I practice from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size perspective and focus on behaviors rather than numbers. Together we’ll turn nutrition research into clear, practical steps that actually fit your life. I’m here to listen without judgment, teach the skills you need, and offer support and accountability as you build sustainable habits.
Your first session with Savannah
You can come as you are, no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll review your medical history and current routines, talk about what matters to you, and set one or two short-term goals together. From there we'll create a simple, realistic meal plan you can try between visits. The conversation is collaborative and judgment-free, and we'll leave with clear next steps that feel achievable.
