About Savannah
Hi - I'm Savannah. I specialize in eating disorders, with a particular focus on Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder and picky eating. I work with clients ages 5 and up and their families to learn how to nourish their child or selves through disordered eating, try new foods and expand diet variety, and reduce distress around eating. I have experience with all eating disorder diagnoses and am trained in a variety of modalities. I am currently working on my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, with an expected completion date of fall 2025. No matter your food struggles, I am here to help you find ways to heal your relationship with food and nourish yourself in a way that feels good.
Approach to care
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I use a variety of modalities including family based treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, intuitive eating, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
