About Savannah
Savannah has a background working as a clinical dietitian in a higher level of care, including residential care, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Her passion is working in outpatient nutrition counseling and building a relationship with client's to understand their goals, values and beliefs. Savannah knew in her early high school days that she wanted to be a dietitian, working with clients in recovery from disordered eating and eating disorders. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients and meeting them where they are at in their recovery.
Approach to care
Savannah's approach to care is HAES-aligned, intuitive eating focused and that no food is morally bad or good. She is compassionate, evidence-based and provides person-centered counseling.
Your first session with Savannah
During our initial 60-minute appointment, you and I will get to know each other and establish your goals for our visits. I will also work to understand your current lifestyle, which will help me to make a personalized plan that fits you and works seamlessly into your life. In our follow-up sessions, we will then work together to help you successfully meet your goals.
