About Saydee

I have a passion for making nutrition simple, fun, and accessible! I have a PhD in Nutritional Sciences and 3+ years of experience in the clinical setting which allow me to help people feel their best through food. I also teach nutrition at the college level, so I understand how overwhelming nutrition can feel, so I’m all about breaking things down and making them relatable. I believe eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or boring—it’s about finding what works for you and making small, sustainable changes that lead to big results. I’m a big believer in the power of food to fuel, heal, and bring joy to your life. I can’t wait to help you feel amazing and love the food you eat!

Approach to care

Being healthy and nutritious shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should seamlessly blend into your lifestyle. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to transforming eating habits, which is why I focus on meeting each person where they are in their health journey. True wellness comes from creating habits that align with your preferences, routines, and values, making them enjoyable and sustainable. By connecting nutrition to your unique daily life, I help ensure that the changes feel natural and meaningful. A healthy lifestyle isn’t about restriction; it’s about empowerment, savoring the foods you love, and living in a way that nourishes both your body and mind.

Your first session with Saydee

My first session with a client begins with understanding who they are—their health goals, personal eating habits, daily activities, and interests. I strive to be more than just a healthcare provider; I aim to be a partner and guide in their wellness journey. Together, we identify areas in their diet they’d like to improve and collaborate on creating practical, actionable steps to make those changes. I provide ongoing guidance and support, helping them build on these steps to develop lasting nutrition habits that align with their goals and fit seamlessly into their lifestyle.
