About Sean

Hi, I’m Sean! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and a specialty in sports nutrition, metabolic health, women’s hormonal health, and gut health. I’ve worked clinically in hospitals, supported collegiate athletes at multiple universities, and counseled for a data-driven glucose metabolic health company. My experience spans nearly every presentation—from disordered eating and PCOS to metabolic conditions, digestive issues, and chronic disease. I’ve helped athletes and individuals with complex diagnoses, and those navigating hormonal and blood sugar shifts find a more sustainable, personalized path forward. I love helping people feel empowered in their bodies. I approach every client with curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset. Whether you need structure, flexibility, motivation, or accountability, I’ll meet you where you are and support lasting, meaningful change.

Approach to care

I believe that sustainable change comes from personalized care, not one-size-fits-all plans. My approach is rooted in listening first—understanding each client’s unique goals, history, and lifestyle—so we can build a strategy that works in real life, not just on paper. I focus on creating evidence-based, flexible nutrition plans that support long-term success, whether we're working on blood sugar stability, gut health, performance, or hormonal balance. I aim to empower clients with the tools, education, and confidence they need to make lasting progress—on their terms.

Your first session with Sean

Our first call is all about you—your goals, your story, and what brought you here. We’ll talk through your health history, current habits, and what you’re hoping to achieve, so I can get a full picture of how to support you best. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and start identifying areas where we can make meaningful, realistic changes. This call isn’t about judgment or quick fixes—it’s about connection, clarity, and creating a personalized plan that works for your life. You’ll leave with a clear next step and a sense of direction for what comes next.
