  • Sean took the time to get to know me, asking thoughtful questions about my goals and relationship with food. I really appreciated that we’re starting with small, realistic goals, especially because with ADHD I tend to jump in full speed and then burn out. Sean is clearly knowledgeable and gave evidence-based advice that made me feel supported. I especially like the inclusive, nonjudgmental space Sean created. I left feeling understood and encouraged.
