I'm a hard working mom of two energetic boys, a lifelong athlete, and a passionate advocate for building strong, healthy bodies that serve us well into old age. I grew up on the beautiful coast of Croatia, where my love for food, movement, and nature was born. That early connection with wholesome, homegrown food evolved into a career in nutrition and fitness. For nearly a decade, I worked at Equinox Health Club, supporting clients through everything from weight loss and metabolic challenges to athletic performance and lifestyle transformation. As a dietitian, I specialize in realistic, sustainable strategies tailored to your unique goalsāwhether thatās gaining energy, building strength, or managing health concerns. My goal is simple: to help you feel your best, move with confidence, and thrive at every stage of life.

I take the time to truly listen, using Motivational Interviewing to understand your goals, challenges, and values, so we can create a plan that fits your real life. Whether we're working on healing your relationship with food, improving performance, or supporting a health condition, I focus on small, consistent habits that lead to big, lasting changes. I combine evidence-based strategies with a deep respect for the emotional and cultural connections we have with food. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to nourish your body, feel strong, and build a foundation of health that lasts a lifetime.
Your first session with Senija
Our first session is all about getting to know you. Weāll take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, goals, eating habits, and any challenges youāve been facing. Iāll ask questions, but thereās no judgment, just a supportive, open space to explore whatās been working, what hasnāt, and where you want to go from here. Weāll talk about your current nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and anything else that might be affecting your overall well-being. Iāll also explain my approach and how we can work together to create a personalized plan that fits your life. By the end of our session, you'll leave with a clear sense of direction and a few realistic, manageable steps to start moving toward your goals, no crash diets, no extremes, just a sustainable path forward.
