Hello, I'm Serey! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Lactation Educator (CLE) with over 15 years of experience supporting families through personalized nutrition and compassionate care. My background includes extensive work within the WIC Program, where I led teams, developed staff, and promoted community wellness through evidence-based nutrition and lactation services. My areas of expertise include gut health, gestational diabetes, weight management (loss and gain), general health, and vegan/vegetarian nutrition. I believe in creating realistic, sustainable plans that fit each client’s unique lifestyle and goals. Known for my empathetic and encouraging approach, I strive to empower clients with the tools and confidence to nourish their bodies, improve long-term health, and feel their best every day.

You can expect a comfortable, judgment-free space where your questions are always welcome. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with clear next steps, practical tools, and a personalized approach to start making meaningful progress toward your health goals, whether it’s improving digestion, balancing blood sugar, supporting a healthy pregnancy, or simply feeling your best every day.
