About Shadi
Hi, I'm Shadi, a Registered Dietitian with 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. I've built my career across clinical and hospital settings, community health programs, private practice, and private consulting, including menu development for adult daycare centers. I embrace the postnominals RDN and RD as I learn and share practical nutrition guidance every day.

Your first session with Shadi
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, discuss your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals in a warm, low-pressure space. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; think of it as a conversation that helps us shape your plan. I’ll listen, ask questions, and together we’ll identify 1–2 realistic steps to begin with. You’ll leave clear next steps and a sense of what comes next.
