Hi, I'm Shalini, a Registered Dietitian with 20 years of experience. I earned a BA in Dietetics and Nutrition Science from Queens College, and I’ve practiced across clinical and hospital settings, private practice, community health, and corporate wellness. I love hiking, cooking, singing, and making music in my spare time, which keeps me grounded and curious about how food supports our everyday adventures. I’m passionate about helping you build a meaningful, sustainable relationship with food that fits your life, goals, and values.
