About Shamarie
Shamarie Allen-Sherman is a clinical dietitian at a psychiatric hospital and also serves as an outpatient dietitian with Nourish. She is passionate about working in the outpatient setting, where she values building long-term relationships with clients and providing continuity of care to support them in achieving their health goals.

This is our time to get to know each other, find out about your history, current practices, support systems, what is important to you, what motivates you and the barriers you are facing or have faced? I prepare a comprehensive nutrition assessment with goals and recommendations with a sample meal plan if deemed appropriate.
