About Shanice
Hi, Iām Shanice, a registered dietitian with 5 years of experience in a clinical setting and have helped those who struggle with diabetes, heart health, GI issues, chronic kidney disease, weight management etc. Although I have experience in the clinical setting I also have a passion for helping athletic individuals reach their nutrition goals. Whether that be improving energy, gaining weight, losing weight, getting stronger, faster, etc. I teach you how to properly fuel your body with nutrition while reaching those goals. When Iām not with patients, youāll find me running, lifting weights, or enjoying time outdoors. Iām glad youāre here, and Iām excited to help you feel heard, supported, and hopeful about your food choices.

I believe in a non-strict realistic diet approach. My goal is to give you the tools for life lasting results. There is no āone size fits allā. Everyone has unique nutrition needs and it is important that we figure out together what works best for you.

Our first appointment is all about you. Think of it as a conversation where we explore your relationship with food, review your medical history, and establish short-term goals that feel doable. Weāll move at a pace that fits you, and thereās no need to have everything figured out yet. You donāt need to prepare a perfect plan; Iāll guide the discussion and together weāll set clear next steps to start making progress you can sustain.
