Nutrition has been part of my life since High School when I witnessed my parents get off of high blood pressure medication just by changing their diet. Since then, I have wanted to pursue nutrition to better health outcomes for others. I am thrilled to work with you on your health journey and look forward to helping you achieve optimal health!
