About Shannon
With twenty years of weight management and physical fitness training experience, I help people lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime. I have a passion for helping others because I have been there. Thirty years ago, I began my journey, lost 80 lbs, and began to help others do the same. Since then, I became certified in addiction recovery, and help individuals with alcohol/ substance use disorders and disordered eating.
Approach to care
I help others to eat, move, and think healthy. By combining nutrition, physical activity, and motivational strategies, we collaborate and design an individualized action plan to meet clients' needs.
Your first session with Shannon
In our first session, I want to get to know who you are what you want to see happen and begin to identify your challenges so we can collaborate to find solutions. You will walk away from our first session with a specific action plan to meet your goals. I deliver direction, guidance, and accountability to support your efforts.
